SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and returns policy

As a small, family business we would like to be as reasonable as possible with our delivery costs.  We do not wish to make any profit from delivering our products to your door nor do we wish to make the process complicated so we have chosen to apply a standard shipping fee of £2.99 for any order, regardless of size or weight.

The delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout.  

Our shipping costs are based on items being delivered within UK mainland, this excludes Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland.  Delivery to the Highlands and Northern Ireland does cost more and is £7.95.  At the checkout please select the area you wish the item to be delivered to and this will be calculated for you.  Should you forget we can invoice you separately and your item/s will be posted upon receipt of funds.

If you do require your order to be sent by priority post e.g. 48 hour delivery then please contact us via email prior to check out so that we can calculate the correct shipping costs with an alternative courier (DPD or Parcelforce).

Free delivery when you spend over £15

If you spend over £15 in one transaction then you will qualify for free UK delivery - this option will be applied upon checkout.  We aim to dispatch our items within 2 – 3 working days.  Please see our 'Delivery times' section below for further details.

Free Local Delivery

As a small business we aim to provide our local community with an excellent service.  We therefore offer free local delivery to the following North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire areas:

Bottesford, Blyton, Kirton-in-Lindsey, Messingham, Northorpe, Laughton, Scotter, Scotterthorpe, Scotton and Yaddlethorpe

 

Delivery slots will be based upon availability and will be arranged via email after the purchase has been completed.  An option is available for this delivery service at the point of check out.

 

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch our items within 2 – 3 working days.  We currently use My Hermes delivery service who aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.   We cannot accept any responsibility if the address that you have provided in incorrect, please ensure that this is entered correctly at the time of purchase.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email of confirmation along with a tracking number.

International Shipping

If you live outside of the UK and would like to enquire about placing an order, please contact bee.utifultoys@gmail.com.  Please be aware that there will be increased shipping rates and longer delivery times but we will ensure that your items are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchases from us, however, if for any reason you are unsatisfied then please return the item/s to us undamaged in the original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.  Unless the item was received damaged you will be required to pay for the return postage. 

Faulty items

With regards to damaged/faulty items, please contact us straight away at bee.utifultoys@gmail.com so that we can advise you on the next steps; we aim to respond to your email with 3 working days.  We ask that you do not return faulty items without contacting us first.  We may ask that you supply us will photos of the damage in case we need to discuss it with our couriers.

We advise that you retain proof of shipping as we cannot be held responsible should the item go missing in transit.

Once we have received your returned item/s we will notify you and you will be refunded.  Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.  All returns should be mailed to: 1 Edgar Close, Scotter, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 3HD

Cancelling your order

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel orders.  If for any reason, this is the case then please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has not been shipped then a full refund will be given.  However, if the items have been shipping then you will need to follow the usual returns procedure.
